Previous event: Gearing up for Business Growth

Wednesday 2nd March 2016 at 6pm
at Rockstar Hubs, Ground Floor, 3, Mincing Lane, London, EC3R 7DD

81% of SMEs in the UK want to grow; only 27% out of those ambitious SMEs actually do.

What separates the 27% from the rest is their ability to transition successfully to a greater organisational maturity.

Leading an organisation through its cycle transitions is not easy, or obvious. Fundamental changes in leadership and management are all required for each stage, with an approach that balances control and flexibility. Leaders who fail to understand what is needed can inhibit the development of their companies or plunge them into premature aging.

BM Interim ManagementBircham Dyson Bell , Buzzacott and Rockstar Hub team up to give you an insight into the challenges you are likely to face as a leader and the capabilities you need to have to overcome them.
